Guide-A was started by Norwegian architect Henning Nielsen,
who also works in the architectural office of GREP arkitektkontor
in Oslo. The aim of Guide-A is to give our customers an architect's
view of modern Norwegian architecture, relating new buildings and
urban developments both to the current international architectural
scene, as well as to relevant aspects of Norwegian culture and history.

Although based in Oslo, Guide-A arranges tours all over Norway,
usually starting or ending in Oslo. Tours in Norway almost invariably
offer spectacular scenery between architectural sights, and we strive
to show the best combination of nature and culture.

All tours are guided by Henning Nielsen or guides with relevant
education as architects and/or art historians. If requested, we can
offer customized tours for special themes like waterfront developments,
environmental projects or urban transformation.

We are happy to provide our customers with information about transport,
accomodation, as well as dining & wining, and will assist as far as
possible with reservations.
